Thanks for your interest in Telecast Communications' fiber-fast internet service coming to your neighborhood! It's been a long journey to finally be able to make this a reality, and we're so excited to finally be constructing this project!

If you're seeing this, you likely received a letter from us indicating that we're really close to getting this project built - we're currently pending our engineering work back from Windstream (since they own some of the power poles on Salem Lake Road for some reason) and a couple of easements that cross private property, two of them being out-of-state owners.

In the meantime, customers who sign up with us and agree to stay with us for a one-year term will receive a free fiber installation, typically valued at $150. Who wouldn't want to take advantage of a free installation for lighting-fast and reliable internet service?!

Our Whole Home WiFi solution consists of a managed Wi-Fi service where we add additional WiFi nodes in locations in the house where Wi-Fi signal strength may be weak. This ensures that your devices will have a strong, stable wireless connection anywhere in your home.

Terms and Conditions

By signing below, the customer agrees to subscribe to and utilize Telecast Communications’ fiber internet service for a minimum term of twelve (12) consecutive months beginning on the date of service installation at the service address listed in their account.


Customers who agree to this one-year service term will receive a free standard installation (a value of up to $150) at no charge. Non-standard installations—such as those requiring additional labor, materials, or equipment—may incur additional costs, which will be disclosed and approved by the customer in advance.


The customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by Telecast Communications’ Acceptable Use Policy, available at www.telecastwifi.com, and any updates thereto. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of service.


All service-related issues or outages should be reported promptly to Telecast Communications via our client ticket system or by phone to allow timely troubleshooting and resolution.


Early Termination Fee: If the customer terminates service prior to the end of the initial one-year term, an early termination fee equal to 50% of the remaining monthly service charges for the unfulfilled portion of the agreement will apply.


Telecast Communications reserves the right to update its terms of service and usage policies with reasonable notice provided to the customer. Continued use of the service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
