Field Technician/Installer
As the face of Telecast Communications, you will perform on-site installations and repairs for our wireless and fiber optic internet services. This role involves mounting hardware, running cables, and configuring routers to ensure customers receive a high-quality connection. You will also provide hands-on technical support and education to help local residents and businesses stay connected across central Kentucky.
Pay Range: $19-24/hr
Based on Experience
Office Manager/Tier 1 CS
As the central point of contact for our customers, you will manage incoming calls to schedule installations and service appointments. You’ll provide friendly, efficient support by performing basic troubleshooting for internet and phone services while keeping our office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include checking for service availability, booking installations, and maintaining customer records.
Pay Range: $17-21/hr
